| Our Two-Bedroom Apartment is
available Fully furnished with all utilites, Fiber-op TV and Wi-Fi included Apartment is refreshed on a weekly basis for those longer stays. The 700 square foot Apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests: 2 bedrooms, private bathroom, Kitchen, Dining and Sitting areas with a Heat Pump HVAC system, FREE Wireless Internet.    Our Street SIgn is visible on the left as you enter our street. Main Entrance is up the stairs to the left of the Parking area. Free Parking for multiple vehicles in the drivway.  The Apartment is one level and a walk-in directly from the parking area. indoor storage for cyclists available. Coded keypad lock on the Apartment Entrance Door: 7A A No Smoking and Low Scent House. Ideally formatted for COVID-19 14 day issolation. |

Our Two-Bedroom Apartment
Both Bedrooms are spacious with:
Queen beds with pillow-top mattresses,
Individual Thermostats, Ceiling Fans, Clock Radios, Safes,
desks, dressers, luggage racks
and for those cold winter nights turn on your
Heated mattress pad with dual controls and get cozy.
When rented as a One Bedroom the second Bedroom can be used as an office space.
The Bathroom is a 4 piece with an Air-pool tub
Hair Dryer, shampoo, soap and numerous amenities
The Kitchen is fully equipped with
electric range, refrigerator, microwave
Keurig Coffee maker, dishes and utensils
and a full selection of cooking and baking pots and pans
a Dining table and 4 chairs.
The Sitting Area has a leather sofa and armchair and Entertainment centre:
Fibre-Op HDTV 50" WS PLASMA TV and HD-DVD player
with a good selection of over 300 DVD Movies to borrow,
some magazines and books for your enjoyment.
The property is surrounded by gardens and walkways
with a number of places to sit and enjoy the Garden Views.

where Smoking is permitted.
O/S Nightly Rates: One Bedroom $100; Two Bedrooms $130.
Minimum stay of SIX nights required
All stays less then a month are subject to 15% HST.
Stays of 28 days or longer get an additional discount.
